Utilising non-fungible token and Web3 technology, Soonland allows NFT collectors to own REAL land through signing a smart contract that is embedded in the NFT's metadata. Each Soonland NFT's metadata contains info and details of a license for the right of use of a REAL land in Australia.

Owning Soonland means that you are a part of the neighbourhood, and we wish to develop the land together and grow our community.
Some collectors might decide to land bank or want to use the land for carbon credit or carbon offset, and that's fine, it is completely your choice what to do with it.
Future plan is to develop the land with utilities that will benifit all Soonland collectors. Part of the royalties will be allocated to a fund for projects development on the land which including to develop club houses, adventure parks or amusement centers. Furthermore, upon growing the Soonland community, together we can form a micronation under the Commonwealth of Australia.

Located in the northeast of Soonland, as the name indicates, the neighbourhood forms a pointed shape. Lands on East Point are gently down sloped towards the creek. A rockpool is nearby within walking distance, which can be developed into a community gathering place in the future.
